Competition Privacy & Proctoring Notice

Daily Power Quiz uses the minimum participant information needed to administer each annual edition, communicate by email, verify the LGA registration fee where applicable, place contestants in the correct competition groups, authenticate participants and publish authorized competition outcomes.

CBT proctoring

Where enabled, camera permission is requested only during the supervised CBT device check. The app may store lightweight periodic snapshots and integrity events such as leaving the exam tab, camera loss or connectivity interruptions. It does not use facial-recognition identification, biometric profiling or automated disqualification. Authorized proctors review evidence and competition officials make decisions.

Children and young participants

Participants under 18 require parent/guardian contact details. A supervised CBT additionally requires recorded guardian approval before the attempt starts. Imported legacy participants must accept the current digital competition terms on first login.

Access, retention and correction

Registration, payment and competition records are available only to officials within their assigned national, SU Region, State or LGA scope. Proctor media is kept outside public web access and may be purged under the configured retention policy; audit history may be retained longer for competition integrity. Participants may contact dpquiz@nurture-sunigeria.org to request correction of their registration data.
