Competition Privacy & Proctoring Notice

Daily Power Quiz uses participant registration data to administer annual competition editions, determine qualification groups, authenticate contestants and publish authorized competition outcomes.

CBT proctoring

Where enabled, the app asks for browser camera permission only after a participant starts the device preflight. It may store periodic compressed camera snapshots and integrity events such as leaving the exam tab or losing the camera. The system does not implement facial-recognition profiling. A live Zoom proctor room may also be required for selected CBT sessions.

Retention & access

Proctor media is restricted to authorized officials and can be purged from the Super Admin settings after the configured retention period. Audit events can be retained longer for competition integrity. Participants should contact the competition organizers for correction or deletion requests where applicable.

Children and young participants

Where a participant is under 18, parent/guardian details are collected and guardian approval should be obtained by the organizers before proctored CBT participation.
